Payment Policy

• All reservations require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved digital wallets.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

For FIT Bookings (Individual Guests):

• 0–14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation charges
• 15–21 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charges
• 22–28 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation charges
• 29+ days prior to arrival: No cancellation charges (100% refund)
• No Show: 100% retention will be charged

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per standard banking timelines.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years stay free of charge (maximum 2 children or infants per room).
• Children below 5 years enjoy meals as per the package booked.
• Age proof is mandatory for all accompanying children.
• If the number of children exceeds the room's occupancy limit, an additional room must be booked as per the current rate.

Extra Bed & Additional Person Policy

• Extra beds (roll-away) are available at an additional charge.
• Charges apply for:
  • Extra Adult
  • Extra Child above the complimentary age
• Charges include bed & applicable taxes (details provided at the time of booking).

Driver & Maid Accommodation Policy

Driver Accommodation

• Available at INR 500 + taxes per night (shared basis).
• Meals available at the staff cafeteria at INR 100++ per meal.

Maid / Domestic Help Accommodation

• Dedicated accommodation is not available.
• Maids may stay on an extra bed in the guest room at INR 2360++ per night.
• Meals available at the staff cafeteria at INR 100++ per meal.
• Separate bathrooms for maids/servants are not available.

Smoking Policy

• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
• Smoking inside rooms may result in additional cleaning charges.

Pet Policy

• Pets are currently not allowed at the resort.

Guest Responsibility

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests:

• Please take care of personal belongings. The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended.
• Guests damaging property or amenities may be charged as per actual repair/replacement cost.
• Kindly respect the peace and privacy of other guests during your stay.

Swimming Pool Policy

• Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Pool is not temperature controlled.
• Proper swimwear is mandatory.
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
• Swimming after consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Jacuzzi / Private Pool Policy

• Available only in designated room categories.
• Guests are expected to use facilities responsibly.
• Children must not enter jacuzzis or private pools without adult supervision.
• Glass items are strictly prohibited near the pool/jacuzzi areas.

Accessibility Policy

• Ground-floor rooms are available for guests who require easier access.
• Please note: 4–5 steps lead to the reception and certain room areas.
• Wheelchair assistance and golf carts are available on request.

Travel & Transportation Policy

• Airport & Railway transfers require 24-hour prior intimation.
• Travel desk is available for car rentals and local transfers.
• Transportation is chargeable as per current rate sheets.

Laundry Policy

• Laundry service is available through an outsourced vendor and is chargeable.
• Same-day delivery depends on the time of pick-up.

Visitor Policy

• Visitors are allowed in common areas only.
• Entry into guest rooms is restricted to registered occupants.
• Valid ID is required for all visitors entering the property.

Security & Safety Policy

• CCTV coverage across all public areas & floors.
• Doctor on call available within 30 minutes.
• Emergency procedures & safety instructions are available in rooms.

Nanda Hill Resort reserves the right to amend policies at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and communicated at check-in where relevant.
